Mine FlagRELYANT Global provides Weapons Removal and Abatement services for the risk assessment and clearance of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC), Ordnance and Explosive Waste (OEW), Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) and landmines.  RELYANT Global is member of the National Association of Ordnance and Explosive Waste (OEW) Contractors (NAOC) in the USA and an accredited Mine Action Organization by the United National Office of Project Services (UNOPS) Mine Action Unit (MAU) in NYC.  We are fully licensed to perform operations for the services in Afghanistan where we have worked supporting various clients for over three years.

LogoOur Military Munitions Response Program is staffed by international and host nation Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technical experts and former military combat engineers; all qualified to US Army Corps of Engineers standards, US Department of Defense Explosive Safety Board (DDESB) Technical Paper 18, or the International Mine Action Standards (IMAS).  We provide highly trained and experienced subject matter experts (SME), to perform duties as a “turn-key” approach to resolving the client’s challenges and addressing their needs 24/7.  Our personnel are recruited and vetted from an extensive worldwide database of (SME) who will have many skills applicable to the clients and stakeholders objectives.  By deploying SME with multiple skills such as project management, administrative and logistical resourcefulness, technical adept at risk assessment, survey, clearance, EOD and reporting we can greatly reduce the cost and compress schedules.

MineRELYANT Global has invested heavily in the processes and procedures it takes to develop and sustain a MMR Program capable of quickly analyzing the technical and regulatory requirements of the work to be performed; determining the goals and objectives of the project scope; developing a risk management plan to plan for known and unknown contingencies; producing a accident prevention plan and site safety plan to address mitigation actions of all hazards; and a quality assurance program to ensure compliance with the project standards.  Our risk management and project management professionals maintain control of scope, schedule and cost throughout the life cycle of the project from receipt of the solicitation to the close out and turnover of deliverable.

Relyant DemineRELYANT Global has the personnel, equipment and materials for mobilizing and sustaining a safe and efficient project in any country around the world.  We are experienced and proficient in performing task orders in austere locations to include active and post conflict zones.  We can lean forward when others exit the operational zones.  We will rapidly mobilize all engineers, explosives specialists, equipment, machinery and canine search teams anywhere in the world to search for, locate and safely dispose of unexploded bombs and landmines that threaten local communities and developing countries’ infrastructure development. Our people are well trained and prepared for contingency operations in the most difficult locations.  They all have current travel documents, medical readiness, and security awareness to operate forward with the client or in front of the client.

RELYANT Global has also partnered with the University of Tennessee – Knoxville to provide DDESB TP-18 compliant UXO Technician I training to qualified personnel.  This training program is led by EOD instructors who have comprehensive experience leading munitions response actions in accordance with International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) in some of the most dangerous countries of the modern world.  The course is divided into 25 modules, which include, but are not limited to HAZWOPER certification, Environmental Law (Federal and State Overview), Range Clearance Activities, Chemical Munitions Identification, Munitions Response Planning, Personal Protective Equipment, Munitions Demilitarization Procedures, and the Storage, Handling, and Transportation of Explosives. All of these courses in a single Program are completed in approximately seven weeks with at least 40 hours of training each week.
