Title: Office Administrator

Position Summary

 

RELYANT Global, LLC is seeking an organized, self-starter to work in their office in Afghanistan. A background in Human Resources is strongly preferred. This position requires a dynamic multi-tasker who is comfortable dealing with all levels of the organization while keeping the office running smoothly. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 • Perform general office administrative tasks such as ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment

 

 • Provide administrative support, filing, answer phones, and schedule meetings

 

 • Create travel itineraries, hotel and car reservations, as needed

 

 • Ensure Company policies, procedures and practice meet with all Federal and Local requirements

 

 • Manage HR transactions in systems and complete reports or data requests from Corporate HR

 

 • Assist with local recruitment by creating job postings and scheduling interviews

 

 • Establish and maintain personnel records, recruitment records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.

 

 • Initiate pre-employment drug screens and background checks; conduct reference checks and e-verification

 

 • Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation/onboarding schedule and prepare/communicate new hire announcements

 

 • Manage benefit enrollment status of new hires and terminated employees

 

 • Reconcile activity and charges on monthly benefits vendor invoices

 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 • Serve as the back-up to Rapid Gate

 

 • Perform additional duties as requested

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTES

 

 • Administrative Assistant Associate Degree or equivalent experience

 

 • 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience required at an advanced level

 

 • 1-2 years legal or Human Resources experience preferred

 

SKILLS

 

 • Expert in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

 

 • Familiarity with Costpoint is a plus
